Damaged pallets on the conveyor can cause a collision with the equipment. Thanks to their robust construction, Logopak equipment will "survive" even heavy collisions without damage. Production continues to run smoothly, avoiding lost production time and unnecessary repair costs.

Maximum protection and safety

Logopak enclosures are equipped with pneumatic flaps that protect both machine and consumables from dust, dirt and liquids, significantly increasing the service life of all components.

For wet environments, such as frequently cleaned production halls or areas where liquid residues are commonly found, we offer stainless steel variants to ensure that all components are effectively protected against corrosion. Especially in hygiene-sensitive areas, stainless steel variants are almost a necessity.

Particularly low or high temperatures can have a negative effect on consumables. Low temperatures can reduce the efficiency of the application, while particularly high temperatures can cause the labels to lose stability or even lead to adhesive residues on the rollers or print module. To ensure optimum temperatures during the labelling process, Logopak enclosures can be equipped with a cooling or heating system.

Many devices are installed in dimly lit environments. All Logopak enclosures are equipped with integrated LED lights that provide high visibility during material change or service operations. This also allows for quick and immediate inspection even from a greater distance.
