Excellent performance

Designed to ensure consistent tensioning of the label web, backing paper and thermal transfer ribbon, the design is a leading player in the labelling process. Unlike many other competing equipment available on the market, Logopak machines are equipped with self-propelled rollers for unwinding and rewinding material. State-of-the-art sensors read the rotational speed of each reel and convert the readings into digital pulses that are transmitted to Logopak's in-house developed multi-motor processor. This processor synchronises the speed of the individual motors in real time so that they run in an ideal operating condition. In the event of a fault, this processor is your reliable "safety fuse", informing you of the problem in good time and, if necessary, automatically shutting down the system to prevent damage.

Robustness, flexibility and ease of use

All models are designed for industrial environments that demand the highest standards in terms of durability and efficiency. They have a clean, robust design made from high quality materials that guarantee a long service life.

At the same time, they provide excellent ease of use. The milled groove facilitates the introduction of consumables with minimum effort. The open design provides easy access to the main drive and the large display provides an excellent overview of the labelling processes, for example by showing the number of labels remaining on the roll or the remaining operating time. The proven quick-change system ensures that the print module can be changed by anyone in less than one minute, without the need for specialist knowledge. Simply remove the old module and insert the new one, that's all that's needed. This guarantees high availability of your system.
