EVIDEI made the management and inventory count of assets in the school OA Dudova more transparent
The Dudova 4 Business Academy in Bratislava was founded in 1954 as the School of Economics, one of the first independent schools for study alongside employment in the form of evening and distance learning. It went through various stages of development, from the Economic School, through the 3-year Economic School with a matriculation diploma, until it was transformed into today's form of the Business Academy, which offers, in addition to 4-year studies, also bilingual 5-year studies in the Slovak-English language. The school participates in international E-twinning, ERASMUS+ and AIESEC projects. It also takes the initiative in the school's TED TALKS project, where it gives space to student-speakers to communicate a topic or idea worth spreading further in the world in the style of the world-famous TEDx conference.
Original status
A business academy approached us with a request to resolve issues with their asset management. They were lacking a person to take responsibility for the movement of almost 4000 items of assets. With the idea of recording assets in excel spreadsheets, they began looking for companies that offered asset management, evidence and inventory count systems.

The contribution of EVIDEI
After a joint discussion and analysis of the requirements and needs, we proposed EVIDEI to the Business Academy as a solution to help them with their asset management problems. EVIDEI enabled the school to divide the work between several people. The staff are responsible for the various tasks within the asset management, such as modifications of each new asset type into the system, recording all asset transfers and asset discarding. The implementation of EVIDEI has given the school an overview of the current status of assets as well as their location. Today, their inventory count is fast and they have several reports immediately available to help them keep track of their assets.
