KODYS Slovakia hosted the IBCS Conference 2025: a combination of innovation, partnership and experiences
From June 10 to June 13, 2025, KODYS Slovakia had the honor of organizing the IBCS Conference 2025, an exceptional partner meeting that took place this year at the Wellness Hotel Chopok****, in the beautiful surroundings of the Low Tatras. The conference was attended by our partners: KODYS Czech Republic, IBCS Poland, IBCS Hungary, BCS Bulgaria, SOTI, Extreme Networks, Zebra Technologies, Ingram Micro, and Honeywell.
In the morning, the conference program was divided into several blocks in which partners shared their latest experiences, successful implementations, project examples, and news from their countries. There were also discussions and opportunities for networking. The main goal was to inspire each other, exchange know-how, and strengthen cooperation within the entire IBCS Group.
Not just presentations, but also experiences.
The conference was not only about professional presentations, but we also prepared a light-hearted program for our guests every afternoon, which brought us all unforgettable experiences.
On the first day, we visited the Demänovská Ice Cave. We didn't find any ice in the cave, but there was no shortage of laughter, views, and team spirit.
The second day was devoted to leisure activities of our choice.
Those who craved an adrenaline rush tried indoor skydiving at Hurricane Factory in Tatralandia – in an aerodynamic tunnel where the wind blew at speeds of up to 200 km/h and the laws of physics were thrown out the window, all the flyers got a good dose of endorphins and smiles. For those who preferred nature to wind in their hair, a hike to Siná Hill was prepared – with the reward of beautiful views of the Tatra scenery.
And if anyone wanted to completely switch off, they could enjoy some relaxation in the hotel's wellness center – the whirlpool, sauna, silence, and tranquility were exactly what we all appreciated after the intense program.

The highlight of the event was the gala dinner, during which we proudly accepted the award for the best results within the IBCS Group for 2024. For us, this is confirmation that long-term work, quality, and teamwork bring results.
We would like to thank all our partners and colleagues who participated, contributed their experience, and helped create an atmosphere full of trust, inspiration, and energy. We look forward to next year!
