The autumn seminar Managed warehouse in practice attracted a lot of attention
The autumn seminar Controlled warehouse in practice - the evolution of automation, which took place on 08.11.2023, once again attracted the attention of a large number of interested people who had the opportunity to see live the latest technologies and learn about the latest trends in automation systems for warehouses.
The presentations were kicked off by our colleagues Branislav Kalina and Martin Šramo with advanced solutions for warehouse management. At the same time, practical demonstrations of warehouse processes took place. Mr. Peter Horal from KORA talked about how their Warehouse Management System works, why they needed to implement it and what positives it has brought them.

Boris Keszeg from ZEBRA used numbers to demonstrate what changes have affected the global supply chain and where it is possible to find positive perspectives and starting points to make it work more efficiently both locally and globally. Mr. Bohumil Tejnicky, Managing Partner of VERTIFLEX, offered answers on how to make the most of the integration of different levels of automation technologies and their mutual synergy in intralogistics and how to survive in the jungle of automation.
Mr. Jan Jasanský and Mr. Martin Kmoníček presented OMRON 's solution for logistics through a fleet of AMR mobile robots and a product portfolio of code readers and verifiers. GS1 Slovakia introduced us to the current global standards in logistics and BRIGHTPICK demonstrated an autonomous mobile picking robot as part of a lecture on the revolution in robotic order picking. In addition, we learned about current trends in WiFi infrastructure and network management from Mr. Peter Majerčák from EXTREME NETWORKS.
At the same time, the participants had the opportunity to talk to experts from various fields about specific problems and challenges they face and to learn about new opportunities to take their storage processes to the next level.
We would like to thank our partners who actively participated in the seminar and presented their solutions and of course, all seminar participants for their interest and active participation.
